Enger Vallemyrene

Enger is one of the key priority areas for business development in Grenland. It comprises several parcels of land, both built and not built on. The area is flat, and the site covers a total area of approx. 170 000 m², of which around 70 000 m² already has planning permission for retail and other businesses, A total of 95,000 m² has planning permission for commercial and warehouse/manufacturing use. The planning process is ongoing.

Road: Adjacent to the main road network to Porsgrunn, Skien and Telemark. Approx. 5-minute drive from the E18

Public transport: Good local bus service. 10-minute walk from the public transport hub (bus and train).
